“It’s More Serious” – Bucks Guard Beverley Discloses Shocking Own Injury Update During Podcast…

Bucks’ Guard Reveals Own Injury on Podcast…

Patrick Beverley takes matters into his own hands by sharing unfortunate news about his health.

During the latest installment of his podcast with Barstool Sports, the Milwaukee Bucks’ guard, Beverley, disclosed a worrisome development. Following a recent medical examination, Beverley disclosed that he has sustained a torn ligament in his right wrist. The 35-year-old went on to mention that surgical intervention is necessary for his wrist, entailing a recovery period of three to four months.

In a related video shared on social media, Beverley’s podcast addressed the severity of his wrist injury, suggesting it might be more serious than initially anticipated.

Despite acknowledging some discomfort in his wrist, Beverley expressed feeling positive and mentally prepared, hinting that he might push through the injury.

Presently, the Bucks, positioned second in the Eastern Conference with a record of 46-26, have yet to release an official statement regarding Beverley’s condition. However, they have listed him as questionable for their upcoming game against New Orleans on Thursday.

Beverley, a former All-Defensive selection, is recognized for his defensive prowess and contributes minimally on the offensive end, averaging a career-low 5.1 points per game off the bench for the Bucks this season. While he may need to occasionally shoot from long range to maintain defensive integrity, Beverley could potentially continue playing if he can manage the pain.

Nevertheless, Milwaukee cannot afford another setback to a key rotation player, especially with the playoffs looming. Having recently welcomed back a significant player from a month-long injury hiatus, the team now faces the challenge of coping with Beverley’s absence, who serves as their primary bench guard and sets the tone for the team.
