Breaking News: New Orleans Saints Cut-Ties with Another Veteran Star, Tight-End Taysom Hill Out for Season Following Season-Ending Challenges…

New Orleans Saints tight end Taysom Hill has returned home after being taken to the hospital due to a chest injury sustained during Sunday’s 44-19 victory over the Dallas Cowboys.

According to a report from Dallas-based journalist Ed Werder, Hill underwent initial tests at the hospital and is scheduled for further evaluations on Monday. The Saints, however, do not believe the 34-year-old’s injury is “overly serious.” Hill suffered the injury in the second half of the game.

Saints head coach Dennis Allen stated that Hill was taken to the hospital for “extra evaluations” and admitted that he was unsure of the injury’s severity.

“I think it’s more precautionary, but we’ll see,” Allen said about Hill’s hospital visit. “They wanted to make sure they did a thorough evaluation, possibly with more imaging.”

Before exiting the game, Hill contributed 18 rushing yards on three carries and made one catch for 1 yard.
