The Miami Heat has signed former University of Florida guard Zyon Pullin to an Exhibit 10 contract. This essentially guarantees Pullin a spot on the Heat’s G-League affiliate and prevents other teams from signing him.
Pullin initially signed a two-way contract with Miami but was released to make room for Josh Christopher, who excelled in the Summer League. Despite this setback, the Heat clearly sees potential in Pullin, as evidenced by the Exhibit 10 deal.
The young guard impressed during his college career, averaging double-digit points, rebounds, and assists for the University of Florida. The Heat hopes that Pullin can replicate this success in the professional ranks and eventually earn a spot on the main roster.
This move aligns with the Heat’s history of developing undrafted talent. Similar to Gabe Vincent, who also came from the Big West Conference, Pullin could be the next diamond in the rough for Miami.
