An Insider Reported Mike McCarthy Getting Frustrated Cowboys Owner ….

Mike McCarthy has been the head coach of the Dallas Cowboys for the past four years and is about to enter the final season of his contract. Reports suggest that McCarthy is growing increasingly frustrated with team owner Jerry Jones.

McCarthy joined the Cowboys in 2020 after a successful stint with the Green Bay Packers from 2006 to 2018. He led the Packers to a Super Bowl XLV victory in 2011 and achieved a career regular-season record of 167-102-2 as an NFL head coach. Notably, he is one of the few coaches to have led a single franchise to eight consecutive playoff appearances. Prior to his head coaching roles, McCarthy was an offensive coordinator for the San Francisco 49ers and New Orleans Saints, and he also held coaching positions with the Kansas City Chiefs and the University of Pittsburgh.

In the 2023 season, the Cowboys finished with a 12-5 record, clinching the NFC East division title for the first time since 2021. Despite their strong performance, the team was eliminated by the Green Bay Packers in the Wild Card round of the playoffs.

Currently, McCarthy is reportedly at odds with Jones, allegedly due to Jones’ intrusive behavior regarding team operations. According to a tweet by JPA Football on X, sources claim that the Dallas head coach has reached a breaking point with the team owner.
