Breaking News: LSU’s Head Coach Brian Kelly Secures The Commitment Of A Top Talented Five-Star Running Back…

LSU has landed a major commitment from five-star running back Harlem Berry, who has already secured a lucrative NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) deal.

Berry, a standout at St. Martin’s Episcopal in Metairie, committed to the Tigers back in January. According to Rivals, the highly-touted recruit is expected to earn over six figures through his NIL deal over the next four years.

While the full details of Berry’s NIL agreement remain undisclosed, insiders suggest that it sets a new standard for running backs.

Berry is widely recognized as one of the top running back prospects in the nation, boasting a five-star rating from Rivals and a four-star rating from 247 Sports. He is represented by ABX Elite Sports Management.

Entering his senior year at St. Martin’s, Berry has been a dominant force on the field, rushing for over 2,000 yards in each of the last three seasons. He has also made significant contributions as a receiver, defender, and special teams player.

Last season alone, Berry racked up 2,481 yards from scrimmage and scored 47 touchdowns across offense, defense, and special teams. He is expected to be a key contributor in all three phases once again in 2024.

This offseason, Berry has continued to showcase his elite talent at various camps, impressing with his speed and hands. He remains the top-rated 2025 recruit in Louisiana.

LSU’s 2025 recruiting class is stacked with local talent, including commitments from Karr’s Taron Francis, Newman’s Brett Bordelon, and Destrehan’s Phillip Wright III and Jhase Thomas.

In related news, a new docuseries titled “The Money Game” will premiere on Amazon Prime on September 10. The series will highlight four prominent LSU athletes who are among the top NIL earners.
