Breaking News:  Jim Montgomery  Declares That Tom Brady Is The Worst…

Tom Brady has expressed concerns about the direction of the NFL.

In a recent appearance on “The Stephen A. Smith Show,” Brady shared his thoughts on the current state of the league, particularly how it affects young quarterbacks.

“I went to New England and was developed under Coach Belichick and the offensive staff there,” Brady said. “I didn’t start my first year. I think it’s unfortunate that we’re pushing rookies to play early. The only reason it’s happening is because we’ve simplified the game, making it easier for them to step in.”

George Balekji and Travis Thomas analyzed the 47-year-old’s remarks on the latest episode of NESN’s “Foxboro Rush” podcast.

“I love Tom Brady. He’s the G.O.A.T., he’s Captain America, but he’s wrong on this one,” Thomas commented. “Using the word ‘tragedy’ is overly dramatic, Tom. Take it easy. Quarterback development has evolved since your days, Tom… There are more specialized roles now. It’s a different era.”

Balekji, who has consistently argued that Patriots quarterback Drake Maye should start his career on the bench, offered a differing perspective.
