TRENDING: Vols Nation Known For Their Enthusiastic Support, Have Taken Steps To Enhancing College Football…

If you ask around college football, many will tell you that the Tennessee Volunteers offer one of the best gameday experiences in the nation. Neyland Stadium, filled to capacity, reaches impressive noise levels. The white and orange checkerboard pattern in the stands and the tradition of running through the T before kickoff provide a uniquely memorable atmosphere. But just when you thought it couldn’t get better in Knoxville, there’s an exciting new development: an entertainment district near the stadium.

Pictures of this new district, revealed on social media this week, showcase stunning plans. The district will include a 240-room hotel with an additional 60 condos, a 175,000 square-foot entertainment area, retail spaces with restaurants, a rooftop dining option, a conference center, and a pool and terrace.

This type of venue has gained popularity in professional sports, with the Atlanta Braves’ ‘The Battery’ at Truist Park serving as a prime example. Fans can enjoy great food, drinks, and a vibrant atmosphere before and after every game, and businesses stay open during the offseason as well. The same partners who helped create The Battery are now involved in this Tennessee project. The Volunteers aim to bring this dynamic atmosphere to college football.
