Caitlin Clark is rapidly becoming a standout figure in the WNBA. On Friday night, her Indiana Fever triumphed over the Atlanta Dream 91-79 at a sold-out State Farm Arena, typically home to the Atlanta Hawks, with over 17,500 seats filled. Clark dazzled the crowd, recording 16 points and seven assists.
Clark’s seven assists marked another milestone in her burgeoning career, making her the third-fastest player since Sue Bird to reach 100 assists. She also holds the record as the fastest player in WNBA history to achieve 250 points and 100 assists.

Clark’s impact is also felt economically in the cities she plays, with increased attendance benefiting local businesses. After just 17 WNBA games, Clark ranks second in All-Star fan voting, behind Las Vegas Aces star A’ja Wilson, with over 216,000 votes, surpassing established stars like Brianna Stewart and Sabrina Ionescu.
