Green Bay Packers Receives Latest Injury Updates Regarding Romeo Doubs After Coughing Blood Ahead of Playoff Clash with Dallas Cowboys…

Romeo Doubs, the Green Bay Packers’ wide receiver, faced an injury scare during their Week 18 victory against the Chicago Bears, leaving the game early due to a chest injury and reportedly coughing up blood. Postgame reports indicated that he had to visit the hospital.

Despite concerns about his status, there is positive news as Doubs participated in the team’s latest practice leading up to the Wild Card round against the Dallas Cowboys, albeit on a limited basis.

Head coach Matt LaFleur had initially labeled Doubs as day-to-day, and his return to practice is a hopeful sign for the Packers.

Doubs, a crucial part of the team’s offense throughout the regular season, led in receiving touchdowns with eight and ranked second in receptions (59) and receiving yards (674). The Packers are eager to have him available as they face the formidable Cowboys defense in the upcoming playoff game on Sunday.

While Doubs’ return is a positive development, running back AJ Dillon was notably absent from Wednesday’s practice, raising concerns about his availability for the playoff showdown.

Dillon, dealing with a stinger and a thumb issue, also missed the game against the Bears. On a brighter note, wide receiver Christian Watson and linebacker Isaiah McDuffie, both absent in the Chicago game, participated in practice, albeit in limited capacities, adding some depth to the team. The Packers are hopeful for a healthy roster as they prepare for the challenging playoff clash.
