ItThe retired F1 driver Sebastian Vettel strongly criticized the idea of reverse grid Sprint races, calling it “complete bulls**t.”
Back in 2019, both Vettel and other drivers like Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton opposed the concept, believing that the best should start at the front, not in reverse order.
Despite some drivers, including Hamilton, now expressing support for the idea, Vettel firmly believed it wasn’t the right approach to improving the sport, calling it a mere temporary fix rather than a real solution for creating more exciting races.
