To detail the expected channels of communication, the club outlines the following:

FANS FORUMS

The club commits to hosting two fans forums per season, typically scheduled in the early and latter parts of the season.

PROGRAMME NOTES

Each home league programme will feature a message authored by either Ben Boycott or Leigh Pomlett, or a joint note from both.

VIDEO COMMUNICATIONS

Co-Chairmen Ben Boycott and Leigh Pomlett will release a joint video communication quarterly, disseminated through the official YouTube channel, social media platforms, and the website.

ADDITIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

The club will issue additional public communications as needed.

In light of the recent appointment of the new Head of Marketing and Communications, the club anticipates sharing its Fan Engagement plans in the near future, which will complement the aforementioned communication channels.
