Mat Sadler Hands Opportunity to 4 Academy Graduates as He Intend to Nurtures Future Stars…

The future looks promising for Walsall’s young talents as Mat Sadler provides opportunities for academy graduates.

Recently, the Walsall boss expressed his satisfaction in giving chances to academy players.

In the previous week’s match against Shrewsbury, defenders Cayden Bennett, winger Jaiy Leydon, and forward Charlie Wragg, all academy scholars, were named in the senior squad for the first time.

During the game, Ronan Maher, a youth product, completed only his second full 90 minutes for the Saddlers, while 16-year-old Dylan Thomas made his third appearance for the first team coming off the bench.

Goalkeeper George Barrett, another young talent, was also included in the squad for the Shropshire match.

Mat Sadler has actively worked to create opportunities.
