Former Falcons QB Reunites with Old Rival as he joins practice at saints…

The New Orleans Saints had a special guest and an unexpected reunion during one of their practice sessions.

The team’s defensive lineman, Cam Jordan, had more on his mind during Friday’s practice when he saw an old rival in attendance. This unexpected visit was none other than former Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan, who now works as a commentator for CBS.

Ryan was at the practice to prepare for his commentary duties for the upcoming game between New Orleans and the Chicago Bears, alongside the play-by-play announcer Andrew Catalon, color analyst Tiki Barber, and sideline reporter A.J. Ross.

Matt Ryan’s presence even caught Saints coach Dennis Allen by surprise, leading to a light-hearted comment about ensuring security was nearby. When asked if Cam Jordan was part of the security detail, Allen didn’t think it was necessary, but he humorously mentioned how challenging it was to keep Jordan away from the man he had sacked 23 times during their playing days – a career-high for both Jordan and Ryan.

During the practice, Matt Ryan also had some fun with the New Orleans Pelicans, as he met the team’s shooting guard, Matt Ryan, and a member of the public relations staff who shared the same name. The Saints’ social media team praised Matt Ryan as a “good sport” after he posed for a photo beside a tackling dummy wearing his old No. 2 Falcons jersey.
